Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the Beplo app or the beplo.app website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Beplo.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Beplo. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

What Beplo is

Beplo is a location-aware messaging app that helps people who notice each other in the same real-world space break the ice — safely, subtly, and only when the interest is mutual. Beplo is a tool for starting a conversation; what happens next is up to you.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
• You must not impersonate anyone or create an account with false information.

Acceptable use

Beplo is built around consent and respect. When using the service, you agree not to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users, in the app or in person.
• Continue contact after someone has declined or withdrawn interest.
• Send abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content without consent.
• Use Beplo for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising.
• Attempt to scrape data, reverse-engineer the app, or bypass safety features.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and content you send. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit that content solely to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The Beplo name, logo, design, and software are our property and protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Safety and real-world interactions

Beplo confirms mutual digital interest — it does not vet users or guarantee anyone’s identity or intentions. Always use your own judgement when meeting people in real life. Meetings and interactions with other users are at your own risk.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Beplo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
